Meet: Grove Bar, Willow Grove @ 10.00am. Leaving Promptly at 10am!
The Sunday groups are going great and the fitness levels are improving with all riders.
Large numbers turning out and all members and prospective members are welcome , so come along and join in every Sunday.
Group 1 should expect a 60km spin .
Group 2 will try for 50kms.
